The cake box made the cake and cupcakes for our wedding. They delivered the cake and cupcakes and shorted us almost 50 cupcakes. However they denied doing this even though our caterer counted them shortly after they were delivered. No refund! It takes a special kind of person to rip off people on their wedding day!!

We ordered our cake for our wedding, 8 years ago. We have been to several bakeries around Atlanta (as we lived in Atlanta) and we ALWAYS come back here. They also custom created my son's birthday cakes for his birthday every year. Worth every cent, tastes amazing and the decorating is awesome. We LOVE this place!

I too, wish that I could give a negative rating. I hate to do this over the internet but seeing how unprofessional you guys were when dealing with you over this weekend I won't put to much thought into it. first off, we had heard wonderful things about your bakery hence why we chose you for such an important event that can never be "remade"seeing as how Hudson only turns ONE once. but the cake was an absolute nightmare for us. then on top of the fondant falling off you didn't include the smash cake, when asked where it was you threw a "if i had more cake mix, or more cakes made i would, but im out of cake mix" what kind of bakery runs out of cake mix?!? that's NO way to run a business. We are incredibly disappointed in the way the cake turned out, then on top of it, how they handled the situation, by simply NOT responding. I will not recommend the cake box ever and certainly will let people know about this experience. Its been told that the positive mouth will spread the word to only one but the negative to ten and then some. remember that when opening a business that is completely based off of customer satisfaction. We have bought cakes here for 22 years. They have always been the best tasting cakes we have ever eaten. We also like there cupcakes. We got stuck on Pikachu for a while but also had our wedding cake made here.

Being completely burned out on the usual store bought birthday cake, I thought I would custom order one from this place. The cake was to be for a double birthday for a 14 year old boy and 10 year old girl. The 14 year old requested a camo cake with a Georgia Bulldog. We got a brown and green blotched air brushed cake with a crooked "G" on it. The 10 year old wanted a pink camo cake with peace, love and softball. The cake was just pink (not camo) and the designs were pitiful!! I have seen better cakes come from the kitchens of amateurs! This was the most unprofessional looking cake I have ever seen! But they didn't fail to professionally price it!
