Paid in full....never received my bench. Have their number and tried to contact. Never got an answer.

I will preface my review by saying it did take us awhile to receive our table. We were told it would take about 6 weeks and we had it about 15 weeks later. Their turnaround time is slow. They make a product that is in high demand and most likely got ahead of themselves with orders. We gave them the benefit of the doubt.



However, our table was worth the wait. It is beautiful and very well made. The quality is amazing and we got just what we wanted for an unbeatable price. We receive countless comments on it, and it has been such a beautiful addition to our home. They make a great product but could use some improvement in their business model.

SCAM. I was also scammed. Same story...gave them a deposit over 9 weeks ago and nothing! Do not trust them. Angie and Raphah are Frauds who take money and give you nothing but excuses. Hard to believe they claim to be Christians! I have filed every fraud report possible. What goes around comes around!

SCAM. We paid a $300 deposit a month and a half ago and have received nothing but excuses. They shut down all websites, Facebook accounts and phone lines. Their names are Raphah and Angie Anderson. I emailed them at myshabbypalace@gmail.com and they actually responded. They said that their page is un-published because they aren't taking any more orders until they fill their current orders and that their only means of communication with clients is going to be through email. They also told us we will have the table the week of 10/19. I asked for an address to come see the table before they stained (no response 4 days later). AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Do not by from my shabby palace or shabby inc! They are thieves. They stole my money. Luckily I got it back from my credit card company. Angie and her husband masquerade as Christians and honest people but are clearly nothing but a couple of thugs trying to make a dollar off of someone else's back. They have deleted their Facebook account, phone number and gofundme page. Hopefully not too many people fell for their lies. Get a job losers

Wishing I could give less than one star. You guys will take a deposit, but won't deliver the furniture. Shame on you for making small business look bad! You can try to run and hide, but the only thing you will get is run out of business! Dare you to respond!

Paid a $550 deposit 6 weeks ago, and have gotten nothing but grief since! I have to harass Angie to even pick up the phone, as she doesn't call back. The order is not ready, will not be delivered in time, and she doesn't offer good customer service. The only thing she offers is excuses. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences of my life! I am now in the process of disputing my purchase because she refuses to give me my refund. She probably already spent the money on something else and doesn't have it to give back. She is a liar and not trust worthy.
