Do not go to mobile tech. They mess up what you ask them to do and then turn around and talk to you like you are the one with the problem. Will never go to them again. Big girl is going to cause mobile tech to not have any business.



I did a payment over the phone and asked for the new plan with page-plus which is $55 and they put me back on the $44.95 after specifically asking for the new plan and then tell me its nothing they can do about it. There is one thing that they can do about it-----PAY ATTENTION to their customers.
