Even though I was her patient for 10 years or more, I've experienced same as unsatisfie34o634o6 and worse. Make sure you get monthly statements. It's all about the money. Office staff turn over was constant and a couple of them down right rude. However, Rao did help me in improving my mental health and in giving me advice.

I just moved back to Griffin and I am looking for a good psychiatrist. I am on Medicaid. I just read that last review and if it is true then I do not wish to go there. Does anyone know of anywhere else? Yellowpages only brings this one up. Thank you. CaseyD

NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE! I had an appt. for 8:55 am. 7/6/10. Was 5 mins late because it was hard to find. The receptionist informred me the wait would be 30 to 45 mins. I filled in all paper work as a new patient, gave it back with license & ins. card. After waiting til 10:15 and seeing a patient called back that arrived after I did, I went & asked again how long it would be. Her reply; at this time I just don't know sweetheart. So I said ok, let me get my things back as I've waited long enough. In a very huffy manner she handed me back my license & ins. card. I asked her for my paper work which contained my ss# along with ins. info. and spouse name & work info. She told me I could not have these as they shred them. I said ok, can you go ahead and shred them? She told me she just did'nt have time right then. I asked again why can;t I take them so they aren;t lying around. This really upset her, she grabbed the papers tore them in half then in half again & dropped them in the can (better now) she said.so now anyone who wishes can pick up the 4 large pieces and retrieve any info they wish. She also informed me they had been there for 30 years even though the girl could'nt have been a day over 25. Not only was she extremely rude and classless, she was nothing that resembled professionalism. i think in any business if some one can't call you by name then it should only be Maam or Sir. If she's having that bad of a day she could have called in instead of taking it out on paying patients. There is absolutely no excuse for this girls behavior. She either needs training in respect and ethics or should be looking for another job! Too many people these days want to act as if they are doing a favor for customers by even bothering with them even though they never give us anything for free! HATED IT!
