Recently had an issue with rear tail light assembly on my BMW. Took it to dealership. $500 estimate for part, tax and installation labor. They didn't have the part in stock so I had to pay upfront to order for $205. I was alarmed at the price I had to pay for labor. I called Coates Foreign Auto in Griffin and spoke with Michael. Asked him how much he would charge me to install? $25. Wow! Part came in, friend picked it up for me, took to Coates. Took 10-15 minutes total. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff from the mechanics to the ladies in the office. I will return for sure. Great reputation. Should have gone there first.

Michael Coates and his staff are great people, provide exceptional service, and above all they KNOW what they are doing! There is no need to see a BMW dealership when something goes wrong on your car. Coates is well certified in BMW repair/service and keeps you informed every step of the way during repairs.
