TERRIBLE service, came in and waited over an hour and it wasn't even that busy. One of the employee's friends came in while I had already been waiting and was helped immediately without an appointment. When my brother was finally able to get his hair cut, the women (Darlene) did a terrible job and rushed through it. AVOID DARLENE! She was incredibly rude, looked angry and detached the entire time, and you can tell that she did not care about her clients. My brother's haircut was not even what he wanted, and she still charged us full price for it. Even as I was paying she continued to be rude. This Great Cuts is a hit or miss, honestly I would suggest just not taking the chance. Go elsewhere where the employees actually care about their clients and respect them and their time. If you do keep going for the sake of convenience or familiarity, AVOID DARLENE.
