I called Kinnan to get a quote for landscaping. The owner promised to come out to give me a quote. He did not show up. After several calls he sent an associate the next day who was very polite and promised to get back to me the next morning. He never did/. I texted the owner and called the owner with no response. Use Kinnan and you get the run around in my opinion.

We had Kinnan Scaping do landscape clean-up as well as remove trees & shrubs, mulch and do other general tasks including snow removal in 2012. I found the staff friendly but they had no idea what they were doing and could not follow directions which were given by me to the owner. The trees and shrubs they "removed" had to be re-done twice - never actually pulled roots out which we had to do ourselves after deciding never to use them again. The mulch they used was full of mold and weed seeds. The snow removal they did was fine but they broke our poured concrete edging in the process and the owner never offered to fix it. I would never use them again.
