I will get straight to the point in this review! This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL establishment, being a business owner myself, they do not know how to run business based upon accuracy, honesty, and customer satisfaction. I submitted my taxes on Jan. 27th and nothing has been done since now March 19th. I did not ever receive a phone call, more less, my phone calls where never returned, regarding my tax information. When I final was able to talk to Tamika Kitts (own and/or co-owner), the person I personally sat down with and gave ALL my personal information to, she did not know what I was talking about. As a taxer, handling peoples personal information, you should be familiarize with your customers. As well, as completing there information in a accurate time. To end all, I suggest anyone with a business or anyone who knows anything about being professional DO NOT use this tax company. If you are looking for a fly bye, we don't care, well go for it!
