Very Rude. Called to ask if they embroider and was hung up on twice. Also asked what was the quickest turn around time for dry cleaning and embroidery and was simply told "No"

Really? Poor Customer Service.

I brought a 2 dresses to them and came back not only stretched out but also with stains that weren't there before. I went to complain to them and they did not care about fixing the problem or giving me my money. I will never go back to them because they are not professional or care about customer service.

I am a customer of the One Hour Cleaners. This was the only place I would have my clothes dry cleaned until today. I went there to use the phone to call a cab because my car was in the shop. She allowed me to use the phone but, shortly put my 3yr old son and I out in the 43 degrees cold weather. I asked her was it okay for my son to stand there while I wait in the cold and her reply was "No, Sorry". You got to be kidding me. I bring money to this place, pay the bills and I can't stand here for a few minutes to shield the cold. I was completly shocked. There is no way I am going to contine to bring my business to a company that is so HEARTLESS.
