Friendly, "folks-next-door" style service. Even though they were busy with weddings, etc., they were glad to answer my questions on the phone, and to assist me right away with my request when I walked in. I got a GREAT deal on some beautiful flowers, and I plan to use them again.

Mark Le Grand rose far and above any mediocre person. On Sunday I had ordered some flowers for a funeral in Austin Texas. I mistakenly clicked on the Le Grand web site and ordered them online This is one mistake I am really glad I made. Mark saw the order come in and immediately called me stating that he was in New Orleans and then on a Sunday, he proceeded to take his time and gave me three names of florists in the Austin, Texas zip code area I was needing. Before he hung up he made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right choice.

It is rare these daya to see a man go this many extra miles to help me out. He knew he wouildn't be making a cent off my order, but that didn't deter him one bit from helping me.

Kudos to you Mark. i am so glad I made that mistake. You really have restored hope and confidence in what true customer service should be all about.

Thanks to you my flowers got to the funeral on time to be a big encouragement to the family. You see, you not only helped me, you helped a family that sincerely needed your help. We can never underestimate the significance flowers have on the family of the deceased. I have been there - i know first hand. Thank you, Mark for taking you time!!! If feel as if I have made a true friend.
