The best cab service I have ever road with! Very good people work at this company! Will call them every time I need a ride!

Took cab to the theater on the westbank.the driver was rude to begin with,plus he purposely missed the exit,went way out to Harvey and tracked backed to the theater.Charged me 21.50 and the fair is usually 12.00 to 13.00.Since he purposely missed the exit,he should had gave me a discount.Never will usr Glenns again.

The man driving cab G-24 ran a stop sign at a college campus and almost hit me. He then tried to lecture me for what seemed like an eternity. He scolded me for crossing a pedestrian walkway on a college campus, saying that he would think a young woman would be more careful so as not to get her [pretty] legs hit by a car. When I tried to file a complaint, the dispatcher called me a liar and hung up on me. I'm not sure if this is an isolated indecent or not, but I was not happy about how the driver or the dispatcher handled the situation.

2/27/15 I called got a quote to the airport, they promised cab at 2:50. Cab was on time at 2:50, driver was pleasant, got me to the airport within a good time. Safe driver, used signals, charged the correct fee. The only negative the cab was old, ragged and dirty,other than that great service.

I've had funny, entertaining, and pleasant drivers. I've also had rude, snappy, and just plain horrible drivers. All of the cars are gross. But, hey, still better than west bank. Although, There was this one man that was so beyond rude.. Just incredibly unprofessional. His meter was actually broken and he attempted to charge us over $30 for a typical $10 ride.

Rude driver, when called to complain I was subjected to Pat the dispatcher who was even more rude. It is apparent that Glenn's cab service is not interested In poor representation of their company.

Never professional , cars are junk, I will only ride with 2 or 3 drivers if necessary. Saon , i think they call him hitman and older black guy with New car sorry can't remember his name. Overall the company sucks!

I have no complaints. The Cab arrived fast and the Cab was clean. The driver was very nice his name was Chucky.
