Rude people and even poorer service. Prescribing medicine that they do not keep on hand. Then the receptionist saying "good luck in finding that medicine" and laughing. very rude. Then after the visit they say my dog needs 600$ here Money hungry and rude people.

No regard for life or death

Two nights ago our beloved kitten got a hit by a car and fractured her jaw. We knew she probably would not live so we took her to Mt Hood Pet Medical for an evaluation. We handed the nice lady our last 50$. Both me and my mom get paid once a month so this was difficult for us.

The Nice vet came in. explained that he would need to be put down which we agreed. I explained that we did not have the 175$ they would require today. He told me that they make exceptions and he would check.

Well, Dr. NoBalls never came back to the room. He sent Miss Marcia B*tchy who explained why they couldn't do it. How they have so many expenses and it is just not worth their time to hold a check for such a small amount. She Explained how they are in the business of making money while me and mother cried.

I hope the worst for Mt. Hood Pet Medical Center. They taught me that they care for Pets much the same way HMO's care about humans. They want your money. If it isn't enough they don't even want to look at you.
