Nolan's team was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and saved me 130.00 compared to all the other quotes I received. I know where I will be going from now on to get tires, alignment and my oil changed

Do not bring your car here they do not respect customers or their cars they broke a part on my car and refused to fix it and the employees tried to fight us when we confronted them on the damage the manager and owner watched the whole thing and just walked away and refused to control his employees and won't fix the damage caused by the employees they just laughed at us

Ripped me off!!!!!!!

I bought a set of tires after showing up at tire factory with my spare tire on my car..every thing was fine till I came in to have my tires rotated and they told me I did not have a spare tire . wanted to charge me 200 for one. I told them yes it is located under the car. They told me it was not there and looked like someone broke the the part that holds it on.. I was so upset... When I bought the tires they took my spare tire off and keept it. broke the part that holds it on.. And never said a word... And still did nothing... I feel I was ripped off....

Never will I go back... I tell everyone I know never to go there!!!!

Nolan's is professional & the service is excellent. My gripe is that twice, after receiving a quote by phone & while my car was being worked on, I was nickel & dimed to a higher amount. When I mentioned the phone quote, they stated that they don't quote over the phone. They answered the phone "Nolan's Tire Factory", so I know it was the right place. I'll do business with them again, but it won't happen a third time. I'll first get the quote in writing.
