Bill Dials was my Public Defender back in the late 90's. I was charged with multiple felonies and the new rookie ADA (sawed off little punk) didnt want to plea bargin as he was positive I was guilty. Mr. Dials took my case to jury trial and put me on the stand. The evidence spoke for itself and I was 100% confident I would be found not guilty as I wasnt guilty. During the trial I found Mr. Dials to be a good lawyer and without going into details - trust me, my case was pretty complex. But his closing arguement was a work of art. The jury was out for a short time and found me not guilty on all charges. I just want to say thanks Bill - you saved my life! Its been over 10 years and you can rest assure I've made the most of it. Moved from CB to the FL Gulf Coast and it wouldnt of happened if it wasnt for you believing in me and busting your rear on my case! Nick Sloan ;)
