I called on these guys to update and repair my residential irrigation system at my home over a year ago. It seemed like I had to call them multiple times to get them to come out.

Now, I have called them to come out to do a simple repair, and I am going on two weeks with out a return phone call. I guess these guys have too much business and no time for a previous customer like myself. I would suggest not even picking up the phone to call them. Try someone else.
