THIS PLACE IS A BIG PIECE OF SH*T!!!! I went yesterday just for a Diagnostic of my truck which i was told would cost me $274. So, i set an appointment time for yesterday morning @7:30. I arrived at 7:00 waited to drop off truck. I left my truck there, my truck wasn't brought into bay until following day at 10 am. I was supposed to receive a phone call from the service clerk to let me know how my diagnostic went, but never did. So i went by at 2 pm to find my truck still outside with parts still off of it after i was charged $448. Part of that charge was an extra $170 for taking a peek at my speed odometer plus $68.50 for a road test that was never mentioned before hand or called to verify that i was willing to accept any of these charges. I would NEVER take another vehicle there again and would advise you not to either!!!! I REPEAT stay away from this place, they will lie in your face and not think twice about it. They will be rude when confronted or questioned about their actions and lack of communication with the customer. I literally had to chase them down for updates on my vehicle and had to show up to location in order to get answers and still was never advised or given a heads up of the additional charges until they wanted payment. I feel sorry for the people that work there bc i know they are only trying to do their job by servicing the trucks, they can only do what they are told by management. Corporate really needs to take a good hard look at this location, they are making the international company look bad.
