The folks at F&M are great, but that's not what brings me back year-after-year for approximately the past 20 years. The quality of work always exceeds my expectations. They go above and beyond to do a great job and make their customers happy. I don't have the slightest reservation when referring them to coworkers and family members. I know they will make me look good!

I have visited Franklin & Martin's shop many times over the past 15 years. They are friendly and attentive and have always performed great work in repairing all kinds of jewelry items. In addition, they have a nice selection of affordable, unique jewelry items for sale. I always make it a point to stop by their shop when special occasions are approaching to look for a special gift item.
