This is the most inept office i have ever dealt with. Even though I coordinate my care with 5 specialists and 2 hospitals, this office is the only one who apparently never receives phone calls, faxes or results and it takes 3-4 calls Every Time, to get what is needed. And despite a call from another physician, I was refused an urgent appointment stating that, "there is no one here qualified to read your results"...very unprofessional.

Their doctors are good but medical records department can be very rude, especially a lady named Caitlin. Assistance was needed to get insurance benefits and she must have been in a bad mood as she was very short and hung up before I was done with conversation. Not happy or impressed with lack of professionalism!

If you want to spend hours upon hours trying to reach your physician via phone or if you enjoy appointments always being changed without phone call, you will love this place. Most every office will call you to schedule, you make the appointment and then they change it and notify you via mail and ask to call if it's not a good time. The phone system is like making your way slowly through a maze. I dropped every doctor at the facility due to this.

Dr Sanjay Vyas is an amazing doctor! He is very friendly and always makes you feel cared about with every visit! Hands down my favorite doctor by far!!!

The services of a very large office with many, many experienced healthcare professionsal with a wide variety of backgrounds--yet the friendly atmosphere of a one-doc family practice! Great location close to many other medical professionsal too, and easy to get to.
