Greenwood Middle School provides academic instruction to more than 900 students in grades six through eight. It conducts classes in language arts, math, science, social studies, industrial technology, art, music, world languages, reading and computer technology. The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as band, choir, orchestra, theater and art. In addition, the school offers family and consumer science classes. Greenwood Middle School offers various sports activities, such as volleyball, football, basketball, track and field, tennis and golf. The school has various clubs, such as a student council and National Junior Honor Society. Greenwood Middle School has a parent-teacher organization that supports volunteer programs for underprivileged children. The school is a part of the Seminole County Public Schools.
