We needed to replace the liner of our pool. During estimate he included the water charge. He huffed and puffed when he saw the pool and asked my fiancé how we could possibly let the pool get so bad.Future mother-in-law is disabled and couldn't when her sons had moved out. The man left his pump at our house and told us to empty the pool ourselves. We were told he was coming and he didn't show up. Six times, he said he was coming and didn't show up. Then had the audacity to give us an attitude when we told him that kind of behavior is unprofessional. We paid $2400 upfront and weren't even given legit appointments! Finally we had to call and man then tells us the liner is in but he won't be coming until we pay the entire amount beforehand. He also tells us the water charge is not included. He screamed at my fiancé and called his mother is a bitch. All this after my mother-in-law had asked him if he was ever going to call when he wasn't coming and told him it was unprofessional.
