The worse ride in my life. I will never call them again. The cab driver was crazy started to yell at me in the cab, he wanted to make an extra stop ( that was not planned) I was late for my train and did not want to stop. When I called the dispatch and told him what happened they did nothing. I am orginally from Manhattan- I've been taking cabs my whole life and never did I have such a bad experience. I think the worse was the attudute from the company who just did not care.

I was unhappy with the fact that the driver was late picking up my parents at JFK (emergency flight home from Europe due to father falling ill). I called the manager to inquire; manager was argumentative and the conversation ended with him calling me a LIAR. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
