Local family owned business with a unique service centre filled with vintage and antique memorabilia.

I went in due to a visible screw in my tire that appeared to be short. I couldn't tell for sure so I didn't remove it myself. The tire was not leaking. I asked if I could watch them remove it & I was told that I could watch from the window. I was also told that they would let me see the screw when they were done. A few minutes later I was told that a fragment of a screw was removed from my tire & that it had to be patched. He then brought my vehicle to the front. When I asked to see the screw he returned with a fully intact pointed screw. It was not the same screw that was pulled from my tire. When I told him that it was not the same screw he replied "yes it is". I again said that it wasn't b/c I had seen the head of the screw prior to removal. There was not sufficient time lapse from removal of screw to said "patch job." Did I mention that I am a single female? As I left to get in my car the employees were laughing. Sad that this business can't be trusted!!! I only give 1 star because zero is not an option!

Enjoyed the experience with Ross Tire!
They help my elderly Dad with a flat tire across the street in the rain to change his tire. The young man was very kind! They have been a big help to our family. I would highly recommend this company!
