Eagle Mower Repair did a 5 star job on my Cub Cadet. Newt's 2 sons performed a full belt replacement on my riding lawn mower.....no easy job. Both men worked professionally and were very polite and respectful. They also gave me a fair price. I highly recommend calling them for any type of lawn equipment repairs. Wm. D. Eagle Mobile Lawnmower repair is terrible! Do not use them to repair anything you have. Also, do not pay them in advance for any work. Initially, I did not know they did Mobile work so I drove about 30mins to take a riding lawnmower, blower, pressure washer, weedeater and blower to them. I procrastinated over the winter and needed my tools ready for the summer. They were one of the only places in town that would repair Husqvarna tools. And, they didn't have a three week wait like everyone else. Now I know why!



None of my tools are working now and its been 2 months since I had them tuned up at Eagle. All I wanted was a tune-up. My tools worked with no problem before but my Weedeater never even started up! I called them to come back to the house and repair it and they said they could come out the next week. They came out and said that the fuel lines needed to be replaced and they would have to charge me for another carburetor. They assured me that this was a common problem. They had to order the part and said it would be a week. It took 2 weeks and they still didn't come out right away to fix it. I had to call several times a day and be very aggressive to get someone else to come to my house. By the time they came out, the guy installed the carburetor but it still didn't work. He said he had to get some more fuel line and didn't return. I called again and no one answered and I finally spoke to one of the guys wives and she said she didn't know when the repair guys would return. I was pretty upset by this point and expressed how ridiculous it was that my weedeater worked when I took it to them and now, a month later.....my yard was a mess and I do not have a working weedeater.

I was feed up at this point and told them not to come back because I’m just wasting money and my yard is not being taken care of. Unfortunately, I asked them to tune-up my push lawnmower and sharpen the blades when they came to repair my weedeater the first time. Today, 2 months after the “tune-up” my Husqvarna push lawnmower stopped working. All of my tools are more than 5 years old and I’ve never had any problems out of them before I let Eagle touch them. Avoid them like the plague! They are not competent technicians and lie about the expertise. They also have horrible customer service.
