Several years ago, we contacted Bob regarding our need for a new furnace. The furnace he recommended and that was installed has performed flawlessly. The savings and payback estimates we were given regarding the furnace's efficiency were very accurate. The technicians are well trained in the performance of their job and are personable and helpful in responding to our questions. I know our furnace is operating safely as well as at peak efficiency. Last week I had Black-Haak at my home to clean my furnace. I was very happy with how much the technician respected my home. Although my bill was more expensive for the cleaning, it costed me less in the long run because I didn't have to pay for my carpets to get cleaned because of mudd on his boots like the last yahoos I had do my work. Also I was very impressed they took the extra time to collect food items for the food pantry. I will be a customer for a very long time, and recommend everybody to use them.
