However, we do have offices conveniently located in Sulphur Springs & Rockwall. Our office accepts a wide variety of HMOs, PPOs and other health plans. Please call our office to determine the participation of our physicians with your individual health plans. We are happy to file services rendered with insurance carriers with which we are contracted.
