This is the Worst place to purchase a vehicle! Do not buy from here! I feel like I am paying for a vehicle that I hardly have and mostly is in their shop! I literally have lost count of how many times it has had to be serviced. Its a problem and the customer service is horrendous too. Last time I left my car there for a week while I was away on vacation and when I came back they still did not have it ready and of course didn't know what was going on. And, I honestly feel they didn't even look at it and just let it sit in the lot like I wouldn't have known. It had the same problems as before, this was just last week!. Guess what, my car broke down AGAIN! It is always hard to get in touch with Michelle as it seems she is the only person on staff who has a some kind of sense into solving issues because no one, and I mean, no one ever helps me or never knows what is going on. All they care about is taking your money! I am so fed up, I have cried many times trying to figure out how im getting to work. I have also asked about getting into another vehicle since they sold me a piece of junk and they can't help with that to. If I can't go to work how am I going to keep giving them money? I read so many good reviews about them but NO, it's all lies! Do not trust these people. I don't know what else to do, I'm still waiting for a call back to tell them that once again my car is broke down. No one helps and all they ever say is "we'll have Michelle call you back". I have to call multiple times in order to get a call back. Please be aware!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star on anything. They prey on people. If you are a person that speaks your mind.... don't even waste your time as they called the cops on me when I simply stated to the manager that she and her company is ripping my friend off!! Angela, the manager, has the worst customer service EVER.. very rude and talked to my friend like she was stupid. Carmart in Greenville, TX are nothing but CROOKS, so bad that I wonder how any of those people sleep at night. My overall rating is that they are RUDE JERKS THAT DON'T DESERVE A JOB!!!
