After purchasing 3 vehicles in 6 years from Kevin at Welcome, and establishing an excellent pay record with them, we received a letter from a national finance company stating that our vehicle title had been transferred to them and they would handle our payoff. Welcome bills itself as a buy-here, pay-here, Christian family dealer. That is what we needed, even with a great pay record and large cash down payments, a person to call if we needed a few extra days. They did not even have the courtesy to warn us, but when I called to ask why, Tracey said we were transferred BECAUSE of our great pay record. Guess those Christian family values don't trump the almighty dollar, huh guys?

Rude, unwilling to help. Wouldn't even hear me out over the phone. Clearly, these guys don't like selling cars.

Bought a 2002 Z71 almost 3 years ago,haven't had to do anything to it but put tires on it!!Almost 200,000 miles & still runnig strong, thanks Tracey!!!
