Dr. Southerlin has been my family's eye care professional for several years now and her new office makes her practice just that much stronger. She is a wonderful professional and very patient. She explains as much or as little about what she is doing as you want her to. Her appointments are spaced out enough so that she never has to rush patients. Overall I've always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sutherlin and her staff and the new location is outstanding.

I highly recommend Southerlin Family Eye Care to anyone who is searching for a good optometrist. My experience was a very pleasant one and I felt comfortable with asking questions which all were answered in detail. The environment is welcoming and friendly as well as orderly and extremely clean. It has been a privilege to know Dr. Southerlin for years and have her care for my eyes. I am sure I am a challenge with very poor vision and dry eye problems, but she takes time to explain my eye issues and provide the best care with a professional and friendly demeanor. She goes out of her way to take care of all the details...making sure I can see perfectly with my contacts and glasses. Her office is very welcoming and comfortable, and I was extremely impressed by the technology she used to not only help determine my exact prescription, but also explain my issues with a video diagram of the eye. Southerlin Family Eye Care is a great business. Dr. Southerlin is very kind and patient and works hard to find the best glasses or prescriptions for her customers. The office staff is very polite and it is a very welcoming atmosphere.
