I have been to a lot of laundries but i gotta say this one really impressed me.
They have a nice place and it was clean, but what i liked best was how helpful the girl was working there. She stayed busy the whole time i was there but still took time to talk with everyone, she seemed to know everybodys name and gave suckers to the kids.

This place is a piece of crap!!!!! If I can give 0 stars I would. It's so dirty, the kid area has definitely not been clean in a long time, I wouldn't have my child playing in that area and some of the dryer doors won't close. It would just pop back open! The young lady who was working this day was on her phone the whole time. Even when she was trying to fix a washer bc it wouldn't start! I will never come back to this place. And overall, this place is expensive. I will be going back to where I was going before! I only tried this bc it was a little closer to home but nope, back to the old place!

I just got home from the laundry and just had to comment on the Smart Wash Laundry. The girl working there helped me unload my clothes from my car, told me they have free soap and even helped me figure out the machines. It has been a long time since I have had to go to the laundry, but it reminded me of when I was younger and businesses gave you service and value for your money. I just can't get over how helpful she was, and it wasn't just me, she seemed to know everyone in there and their kids too. I even saw her reading to one of the children. Personal service is not a thing of the past at the Smart Wash.
