Provided by YP.comook my car there for maintenance several times over the course of a year but noticed that service seemed to be declining with time. Fluids should be topped off after an oil change service, ended up with no windshield washer fluid twice. Thought it was an honest mistake, but the next time, the tire valve cap was missing after I brought the car home, and then the last time the coolant reservoir cap was missing when I got the car back. When I called to find out if they had taken it off and not put it back, i was told it was never there to begin with, already was missing. Maybe I should have been told that when I picked up the car? I again inspected under the hood to see if it had fall and gotten stuck somewhere and found it sitting further down, as if someone had placed it there while working on the car and didn't put it back. Lost faith in them after a few negative experiences. Plenty of other shops in town.

Provided by YP.comWell everything started out great with my engine swap being a great deal less than the Mazda dealership. That was the only good part. The engine took over a MONTH to arrive but I was kind of OK with that because my car was about to be ready. I called that Monday and was told it should be ready by Friday. I was excited all week to finally get my car back after two months of waiting. I had not heard from them around lunch time that Friday so I decided to call. The nice lady who runs the place said,"Oh let me go check with tech working on your car to see when its ready." I was on hold for several minutes then she came back to the phone and said,"Well we got the engine in, its in a big pretty box, and its the wrong engine." Oh my gosh I about lost it! How dare you try to be all nice and funny over ordering the wrong engine, lying to me about someone working on it, and then telling me its going to cost an additional $2000.00 from the original quote. Needless to say I got my car towed from the immediately and will tell everyone I know to not go there. I know things happen and people can make mistakes but never ever LIE to a customer.

Provided by YP.comThis place is wonderful. I had taken my 2002 Altima to AAA Car Care on Pleasantburg for an oil change. I left feeling discouraged and scared and with a potential bill of $460 to replace the brakes and rotors on my car. Thankfully a friend had recommended Japanese Auto Speciaialists. I took my car over there and had them take a look. They told me that the situation wasn't nearly as urgent as AAA had claimed it to be and now in a few months when I do need to have the brakes changed I'm also going to be saving a lot less money. While I was there I asked them to check everything else out on my car too since previous visits to AAA had given me a laundry list of "necessary repairs" however, they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. It's so nice to know that there are some places that you can trust again. THANK YOU
