I only colored one star so you would know I did not forget that question! May they go out of business! Always trying to sell you more instead of giving you a calm atmosphere while you are getting the service done! Also, I spent $25 and had a punch card. For every $20 you get a punch! No punch since the total was for two people. Each SERVICE needed to be $20. Who cares how you get to the $20!! Very rude employee. Told them they just lost 2 clients! Lots of other places to go!! Unkept place--thick dust....Looks great on the outside---don't be fooled!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIABLE.... I have spent a lot of money in this place and my recent trip was this past friday eve around 600p. i had my acrylic nails removed and a manicure done with white tips. i spent 30$. by sat the very nexxt day, my white polish had already came off. i call this morn which is monday morning and i had to cuss the rude manager out bc she said "we dont gaurentee polish" and i toold her it had only been a day and she wanted to be so i WILL NEVER return there. those people r rude and need to B OUT OF BUISNESS

My husband and I have been here twice but we will not return. Having read the other review I had to add mine. We were treated with indifference and ignored other than when we were having nails done. Never spoken to after I paid and I tipped well. No More.

I made an appointement to have color touched up (this was going to be my 2nd visit) and facial. When I talked to the girl on the phone I told her I wasnt sure what type of facial I wanted and would she help me decide when I came in. When I arrived she told me to sit down and just as I started to ask questions about the services she shoved papers for me to sign and offered only a few words of information. Actually she sort of scolded me because I didnt quite understand her accent. Anyway after getting disroped for the microderm treatment she came in and made small talk and started messing with the machine, this went on for 20 mins while I laid there. She did not know how to get the machine to work so she just shoved another paper in front of me while I was lying there and said "pick another facial". I said I perfer this one. She said okay get dressed. After I came out I thought she would be speaking to someone about getting fixed so I could come back over after my hair cut. No...she and the other girls where walking around eating cake and just sitting around. I have made an appointment with another salon and spa and I am sorry to say that I cannot reccomend this place to anyone. Very uncaring employees
