I am terrified of dentists. Most people see this as a irrational fear (especially dental professionals). For this reason I have not seen a dentist for over a decade except for emergency purposes.

Dr. Scott and his wonderful staff made me feel at ease. With all the work they had to do for me they took many hours working. When I got in the chair (even after some medication help) I was shaking from fear. They gave me a blanket as a security blanket, and just talked to me until I calmed down. They made me feel like they cared about my feelings.

They were patient, kind and considerate. They explained everything with each move or sound, I knew exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. There was no judgment on my fears, they made me feel like I was the most important part.

I now am in phase one of three to get my teeth healthy again. But already have my smile and my self confidence back! Today I went by for a quick easy appt. I was NOT scared, NOT nervous! Even the receptionist was considerate to my needs, and allowed me to request a specific nurse. I recommend Dr Scott to anyone especially people with fears. Thank you Carolina dental for making a great experience for me!
