terrible customer service, dirty, and bed bugs as well as roaches

The owners wife is completely rude. You never can get the towels sheets or anything you need i have actually has to goto the office 3 times in one day they finally gave me one towel that me and my husband had to share for two days before i had to cause a big scene to finally receive more. We would wake up with bites everyday and we had seen a coupke roaches but couldnt figure out where the bites were coming from until i woke up one morning to find a bed bug on my pillow that when we squished it was full of my blood. They also like to change the rates on you even though i had a recsipt stating what was owed for the rest of the week they tried to say that we were going to have to pay a whole week again even though they had already received 100 on that week. In short, they are rude, the hotel is infested with bugs, and they will rip you off.
