I was involved in a minor parking lot accident that required my passenger side door to be replaced. This was a GEICO recommended repair shop so I brought my car here. Upon replacing my damaged door, the guys doing the repairs decided to keep the interior panel from my damaged door and install it onto the replacement door (guess the replacement wasn't an exact match). When I went to pick up my car, the interior panel had been badly damaged and was barely hanging on the door. Whoever worked on this clearly wasn't familiar with what they were doing and tried to pull the interior panel off without first properly removing the screws holding in it place. As a result, the panel was ripped out from its screws and I could no longer open or close the door from the inside. They also returned it with several of the screws missing (really guys??). When I confronted the manager and then the owner about this, they said the door was already damaged like that when I brought it in and refused to replace it and accused me of lying about it saying he believed his technicians word over mine. Later on they offered to split the cost of a new panel 50/50 but never followed through with their promise and made no attempt to even find a replacement panel. I got tired of dealing with this company and decided to repair the panel myself.



As far as quality of work, I had to bring my car back in 3 different times before they painted the exterior correctly (had streaks, globs, etc.) Huge hassle and waste of my time dealing with this repair shop.



If you do decide to do business with this company then I highly recommend taking detailed pictures of your vehicle before allowing them to touch it.

Another ruined truck from Image collision Greenville.

After I was rear ended, I went to this - we call it facility- and Treena made the estimate. After the Insurance adjuster- another problem- checked the vehicle, it was a $4000 repair- new tailgate, new leaf spring, new bumper and dinging some dents out. well- easy task- not for Image Collision. It took them 5 1/2 weeks!!!! In this time, I asked multiple times for my vehicle- and I also was called in one time after 3 weeks to pick my finished truck up- well- after I drove 35 miles, I found out, that the vehicle was still disassembled with no bed or other parts in the shop where it was already sitting for 3 weeks. As I picked my truck up, the vehicle pulled to the left, the steering was 1/4 turn to the right, my cabin was flooded, because they cut the rear window out to fix something what was not caused by the accident, damaged the frame of the window and put the damaged window back in. there was trash in my bed, the brand new bedliner was full with sanding dust, the new tailgate was mounted to a broken hinge, the door seals rear was both not installed correct, the headliner was bent, and the truck was squeaking to hell. after 3 more visits- another 3 weeks- I found out that the truck eat tires, and squeaks- Image was not able to fix this. they even put the hardest hd shocks in they could find- the leaf spring still shifts to the right, and now - due to the shocks- the truck just bounces around. They said the frame is straight- but well- first they said it is not ok and need to go to a frame specialist- after the insurance intervened, suddenly they said, the tech put the clamp on the wrong spot and the frame is ok- do not believe it, because of the spring position. they also bent the tow bracket under the bumper instead of replacing it and even the screws which was stripped are still in. and at the end- I found out, that the left side of the bed has a total different color than the rest of the vehicle. reviewing other reviews- this is obviously a common issue at images. My truck is ruined, the value how it is right now is below what I owe and I discuss with the insurance, how we can fix it- because images did not release my truck until I gave them the check from the insurance. and the best- no other shop wants to touch my truck. All I can say is- I don't forgive them because they don' t know what they do- because it's scary, that they still in business- my advise: IF YO DON'T LIKE TROUBLE, MAK A BIG BOW AROUND IMAGE COLISSION GREENVILLE!!.

Ruined my car!!!

On the recommendation of Allstate I sent my car, which had taken on a couple of inches of water in a flood, to be repaired at Image Collision. The Allstate inspector had said because there was only a couple of inches, and water had not reached the dash, that the repair shop would pull the carpet to allow the electronics to dry out, then see what needed to be replaced. He assured me they would take good care of my car. Over a week later I stopped in to check on it only to discover thy they had done absolutely NOTHING! Hadn't even pulled the carpet! So it has been molding and corroding the whole time. The carpets have become patchy black with mildew, and the battery was completely dead. When I turned the car over to them it ran, the seat controls worked, everything worked except the SYNC, and an airbag light had come on. Now they're telling me it has to be totaled. Well sure it does now that it's been closed up for 10 days! Send your car to the dealership where there are real mechanics that know what they're doing! It was in Allstate's best interest to fix the car, which is cheaper that the payout for a "total"! It's Image Collision that ruined my car!
