I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for the most part and have integrated Client Centered Therapy with Solution Focused Therapy with other evidence based therapies to create an ecclectic approach to resolution of inner conflicts. My approach has proved successful with anger issues,marital problems, stress and anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma recovery, grief and loss, feeling overwhelmed with life, and being discouraged.My clients have found relief from burdens of the past, fears of the future, feelings of failure due to unfullfilled expectations, and the struggles of daily living. We established realistic goals and the client was able to achieve those goals with regular therapy and independent exploration."But I'm not the problem! So and So or This and That are the problem!" Gotcha. And we can work together to resolve that issue too. Inner conflict results when someone or something does not do what we think they should do. In other words, whatever is going on creates a conflict with what you believe, value, or judge as appropriate. Think about it..........
