Let’s preface this review by stating that I lived here for 3.5 years. My main issue with this place is that they don’t care about you. I lived through yearly rent hikes, really loud neighbors in which complaints go unanswered, yearly pest infestations, and much much more.
No matter where you live, always check the fine print. In my case, I missed the insane two times your monthly rent “lease break fee.” So when work mandated that I move closer and cut out the ever variable Greenville traffic, I got hit by it. I pleaded with the staff to waive the fee, since I was a loyal renter for so long – never missing a payment, living through the yearly rent hikes, and really loud neighbors – to no avail. “We can’t do anything, it’s a corporate mandate.” Which, if you don’t take anything away from this review, take away that they only care about your money and will do anything in their power to screw you out of anything else they can.
