I love my therapist here! I've been bounced around for the last five years because my insurance kept changing. I was at another therapist in town and she was ok but her receptionist was rude so I stopped going. You can tell a lot about the quality of an office by how their receptionists act! This receptionist is awesome! I used to go to another place and I always had to explain how my insurance worked, well there are many places where I have had to explain it. I've never had to explain it to her and you can contact her through email and she responds super quick! So much better than calling back and forth. Oh and she KNOWS HOW TO SCHEDULE! I know that sounds stupid but you would be surprised! I would definitely recommend checking this office out. I don't know all the therapists but a happy receptionist/nurse means good doctors!
