Myself and my kids had our first apt with this office last Tuesday. The apt was for a cleaning. We had such a great experience with the hygienist. She was so great with the kids and did an amazing job on me too. Very gentle. My kids loved her and wanted to know when they could go back again! How often do you hear that! . Everyone in the office was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make our experience great and we are very pleased!!

My Story starts with a cleaning and exam in her office everything went perfect on my first trip. They cleaned and took some x-rays then told me I only had two cavities. One on my left side in the top and one on the left side at the bottom (I was happy to hear only two because it had been a long time since I was treated by a dentist I even called my family to tell them the great news)so we rescheduled at a later date for the procedure. When I came back to my appt. the bottom filling went okay the top did not(my tooth was sore after she worked on it for about 6 months) more than half of my tooth was a temporary filling. She told me I would have to have my tooth removed from a surgeon. She also told me I will have to reschedule in order to have the 3 cavities taken care of on my right side right here was where I was lied to. I even followed up by seeing another dentist and they confirmed no cavities on the right side. It's been a while since then but the dentist I saw recently said wow you must really clean your teeth well. It's unfortunate that I have to pay about 2 thousand dollars to fix the tooth she messed up by placing a bridge where the temporary tooth filling fell out and what little bit of tooth that was left finally broke off. If you want your teeth hurting or missing go see her if not I would suggest a different doctor. I'm glad I found a different doctor and am finally getting some news that I feel like I can trust.

The girl that did it was very professional, gentle and entertaining...She made me feel comfortable and relaxed by talking me through everything and talking to me about my teeth as well as fun topics like movies and events. Dr. McCarthy and her staff always leave me with a smile! Luckily I've only had to get my teeth cleaned so far and they have done a great job. My teeth feel clean when I leave and Dr. McCarthy answers any questions I have.
