Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The doctors don't herd you in and out like cattle, like some places. They take their time and explain what you problem is and give options for treatments based on your needs. Plus they're not tied to large conglomerate systems which charge you an arm or leg. Everything is reasonably priced. One of the best places I've been and will continue to go there for as much of my needs I can.

Loved this office! Wait time was very short for a walk in office. I think I waited about 15 minutes to be called back, and then another 15 for the provider. Of course, that may change based on the number of other patients waiting. Receptionist was very friendly. CMAs that took vitals were as well. I saw Lee Quinn, PA-C. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely return to GHCC!

THIS PLACE HAS GREAT STAFF! AND AWESOME PROVIDERS! WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! AND YES AT TIMES THEY ARE VERY BUSY... BUT WHAT ELSE DO YOU EXPECT FROM A FANTASTIC OFFICE WHO DOESNT MAKE APPOINTMENTS! IF THEY RUSHED THROUGH YOUR CARE AND DIDNT PROVIDE THE PROPER CARE YOU WOULD BE MAD ABOUT THAT TOO! SO PPL WHO DONT LIKE GHCC GET OVER YOUR SELF MAYBE ITS YOU WITH THE PROBLEM NOT THEM!

Ive used Greenville health care since they started , but the office staff has become totally incompetent and down right rude . I cant say enough how great the medical proffessionals ther have always been , but I cant put up with total incompetence from the office staff in order to see them.

The office managers are the nicest & most helpful. The waiting time is reasonable because the primary care practice has a "no appointment" policy. The physicians & the entire lab staff & nurses have always provided the very best medical diagnosis & cost efficient medications & have always responded quickly to follow-up phone messages. No medical practice is perfect but this particular medical practice strives for EXCELLENCE when providing medical services & within customer services.Again, thank U Greenville Health Care Medical Physician's & Staff for continuing to provide "Merry Heart Medicine" (Proverbs 17:22).

Donald Ribeiro is our Family Physician, but for routine matters we go to GHC. It helps to ask for your PAC by name. My wife asks for Quinn, I ask for Bruno. In 20 years never really had a problem with this Med Center!

When coming to Greenville Health Care I knew not to expect a short waiting time due to the fact that they are a practice that does strictly walk-ins. When I have an appointment somewhere half the time I end up waiting an hour, I hear people complain about the wait and just want to ask how they expect to go see the provider immediately when there are only 2 full time providers. The providers rarely take lunches, because their office does not close for lunch. They are also open later than most offices in Greenville. This is not an urgent care facility, they are a family practice but can do some urgent care work. The staff are so very nice, and I've noticed the ones that complain they've been treated rudely, are rude first.And to be quite honest, if your phone calls are disconnected by an office manager, you were probably rude and very disrespectful. The office managers are the nicest ones in the office because they don't have to deal with the rude patients face to face everyday, and

when questioning the billing description on a patient bill, I was disconnected by the manager in charge because I was not disputing the charge, but the item description (which was incorrect) - this was my 3rd attempt to pay this bill, all I requested was an accurate accounting of the charges

I am sitting here waiting still after an hour has passed and no one has yet called my name. I am very disappointed. Do not come here if you feel like you need urgent care.
