In my opinion this is the worst company I have ever seen the drivers are dishonest they sit and wait for someone to park in a questionable parking spot no signs except on telephone pole that is well past the spot they have a license to steal somehow I probably should just give it to God but I can't I have contacted nine on your side and they are going to do a interview with me one way or another they will get what's coming

Like the previous poster. Towed my legally parked car and admit they were in fault and still charge you a crazy amount of money to get it out. And if you get mad at the fat sob owner they will still find some way to break your property and say you can't fault them as they have a sign posted any damages on their property they aren't responsible for.

Any time I've been there they have taken very good care of my need.,

After they illegally towed our vehicle, charged us and arm and a leg to get it back, then punctured our tired which was brand new and only 2 months old, they are REFUSING to take responsability for everything they have done. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional and shouldn't be in business. He tried claiming my husband blew the tire. We were towed in a Friday and Saturday the tire was flat. It had a hole on the INSIDE of the tire, on the back, where my husband's truck was towed from. The man is heartless and has no idea what it's like to struggle in this economy. He even had the balls to offer us a USED tired at 70 bucks, plus 10% tax and whatever else. Like we are going to give them more money! They showed up when we had to call AAA cause my husband tire was flat. It was $48 for the tow, I had $60 cash and they "didn't have change" so the man got a 12 dollar tip!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PLACE!! They are unprofessional and heartless people who are money hungry!

On a cold, snowy December afternoon, I found myself with a dead starter on my mini-van while I was traveling through Greenville, After calling AAA, Robert from A & B Towiing Service quickly came to assist me. When it was determined my mini-van would need to be towed several hours away to Roxboro, NC, we began our journey. The visibility from the blowing snow was difficult at times. There were accidents on #264, yet Robert carefully drove through the storm with me in the front seat riding along. He was polite, professional and respectful, making me feel at ease. It was a tedious trip due to the inclement weather, but Robert successfully delivered my vehicle to the Goodyear business in Roxboro and dropped me off at my home. He wanted to make sure I was safe. He then had to drive through the bad weather all the way back to Greenville after having been on the job for nearly 14 hours. I feel blessed that Robert @ A & B Towing took my AAA call and I hope he realizes how grateful I am for all
