Rats in the walls, dirty environment, had neighbors coming to our door asking for drugs (4 times). The staff was very rude and unwelcoming.

Exceptional Service!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are affordable as well. Safe area to stay, will definitely plan on staying here again in the near future.

It was not at all nice the floor has stanes on it the bathroom was gross the toliet overflows and to top it off the phone dosent work

My friend and I recently visited the lovely town of Greenville to attend a nearby wedding. STAY AWAY !!!



We made the mistake of believing the nice website and favorable reviews of the Flat River Inn. It is also listed on the Chamber of Commerce website as local lodging. Describing the place as a dump would be a compliment. It smells, is filthy and management is rude. The original non-smoking room was blue inside from smoke. The next room had bugs crawling on the floor and was covered in a white powder. Eww! I would seriously reconsider the chamber listing this "establishment" on their website.



We did find wonderful lodging at the Winter Inn. Definitely recommend it and will visit again.



Agree with the other poster. I'd rather sleep in my car.
