I had two bad switches on my childhood receiver. (A Pioneer SX-3500) I contacted Dale if he could simply bypass the switches on this and he told me in 5 seconds what I spent hours researching online and finding out myself. I was rather impressed with his straight-forward attitude. Right before I was done talking to him and explained what I wanted done, I was about to ask about a roundabout price... before I could get it out, Dale said "It will about $25". It was awesome to know that he could anticipate my next question but I was also very pleased to hear that price. Although this receiver is very dear to me, spending a fortune repairing it wasn't very appealing.

When I arrived to drop it off, Dale was already closed but agreed to let me drop it off after hours. He was older but quick mentally and physically. When I got in the car I looked at my girlfriend and said, "I feel totally ok with that man fixing my stereo." Two days later, I got the call that it was done. Once again, I came after hours and he turned the lights on for me and took care of me.

Looking around, he mostly fixed flat screens. I asked him what he fixed and he rattled off a long list of tv's that I have to say, some of which I didn't really know. Needless to say, I would call Dale for anything and everything electronic from now on. I was so impressed with his knowledge, promptness and professionalism that I promised myself to give him an online review that reflected the five-star treatment I received.

Bottom Line: I give Dale the highest accolades and would recommend him above anyone else.
