I had a water relief valve explode shooting water 10 feet in the air. Ended up with 5 inches of water in my gameroom and all downstairs. Happened at 8 pm, promised they would be here at noon the next morning. Never showed till 5:30 the next day!! The young guys they had working were hard workers. They sucked up a lot of water out of the carpet first, then cut up the carpet and pad and disposed of it. They got paid $15.00 an hour and $12.00 an hour. THEN they had 2 different people come and move 3 fans and 2 humidifiers for 4 days!! About an hour each time they came. Just checked for moisture in the walls and move equipment. They charged my insurance co. Hartford, $3,400 for that little work! And Hartford didn't care what they charged. The ins. co. gave me a hard time price wise to replace the carpet and pad. I really think they robbed the ins. co. and then I got a $847 surcharge on my ins. for 7 years for the water claim.. AND Hartford did not PAY for replacing the relief valve which the plumber charged $525.00!! I had to pay that plus a $1000 deductible. What ins. co doesn't pay to fix the problem in the first place?? I have quit Hartford, and I am imploring you do not get Hartford (AARP) for any kind of Insurance and do not get Servpro for any kind of restoration job!

While our water damage work is not quite complete yet, Alex (the owner) was wonderfully pleasant and accommodating when I called, even very late at night. His crew came when they said they would and were courteous, patient, and very careful of our house and furnishings. They answered my many questions and were quite thorough, going above and beyond. I really couldn't be more pleased with the work and anticipate a complete and superior restoration.

Servpro of Greensburg showed up so quickly. Less than an hour after I called. I felt this company was professional and was very considerate of my family and our belongings. They all worked as a team and was quick at responding to contain our water problems. The communication between the company and my insurance company was very thorough and complete.
