I recently saw a television ad on TV regarding the Zen massage chairs at Pool City. A trip to the Greensburg Pool City proved to be a positive one. We spoke with Autumn Marcoz regarding the ZenAwakening massage chair. We found Autumn to be both knowledgeable and patient with our unending questions, never rushing us. After a demo of the ZenAwakening (ZenWave ZA180) we were sold. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery guys were professional. Any questions were had were promptly answered by Autumn.

So with this being the first pool I had to take care of the experience was overwhelming to say the least. Had some issue with it at first. Then I spoke with Autumn in the Greensburg store. She was very knowledgeable ,didn't rush me with my questions about the pool and the process. She talked me through a lot of the process about the chemicals which seem to be the most overwhelming thing. she's very polite, personality a plus .very knowledgeable and should actually be running the store. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Autumn. Great job

Autumn Fitchko should be running the Greensburg store. She was the best and most helpful. Went into the store to purchase a grills, found Autumn to be very acknowledge.

We purchased a Sundance Chelsee from Pool City in Greensburg and are so thrilled that we did. The store reps (Hiam and Autumn) were so helpful in choosing a hot tub and in answering our questions. The delivery process was very easy and flexible; and, within a week of our hot tub being delivered, Pool City sent a service tech out to answer any questions we had.

Pool City had an extensive selection of hot tubs. We purchased the Sundance Chelsee and we love it. Within the first week of our owning the tub, Pool City sent a service tech out to answer any questions we had - as well as the store reps answering our telephoned questions. We are very happy we purchased our hot tub from Pool City.

Our 1st experience with Pool City was in April. Russ and Chaim were very helpful, and what we bought was perfect for us. Impressed, when we decided to by a pool we returned. We sought out Autumn (our son's friends who we had learned is a sales associate there). Autumn was wonderful! She calmly solved our subsequent problems promptly and professionally. She guided us through the set-up process expertly, and helpfully picked off the shelves everything that we needed to "close" the pool.
Kudos to yinz all...and thanks for making things as easy as possible!

Autumn F. was very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our patio furniture! She was very responsive via email and was very knowledgeable. We love our new set and can't wait to add on a couple pieces next spring!!

My recent experience at pool city was fantastic! Our sales rep , Autumn F. , was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made the whole experience very easy with her knowledge of products and services! I was very impressed with the rest of the staff at the greensburg location. There was an issue with the checking company they used having a limit on the amount you could spend at once. The staff quickly resolved the issue and kept me well informed of everything they were doing. All this was accomplished without a manager! So the staff was amazing! Also their selection of products was very impressive. I can't say enough about my experience at pool city in greensburg! What a great store! Thank you Autumn!!!!!

Best place to buy a hot tub. I visited two other stores but the level of service I received at Pool City was by far the best. My salesperson, Chaim, took the time to answer all of my questions and told me many things I didn't even know to ask about, His knowledge of the various hot tubs was far better than anyone else I spoke to. After I took delivery, Chaim took the time to go over the maintenance schedule. This is my first hot tub and I had a lot of "rookie" questions but Chaim ansewered all of them with patience and gave me a great education. Overall, I had great experience and would recommend Chaim Marcus and Pool City to all of my friends.

My family purchased our first pool in late August from Pool City and I waited until the dust had settled to write my review to ensure I had covered all the issues that might crop up. To sum up my experience with Pool City in one word: DELIGHTED. From start to finish Chaim and Autumn provided excellent technical and sales advice; I never felt pressured to make a purchase. The excavators were on time, quick, efficient, and accommodating. The installers were just as professional and gave excellent advice on the treatment and care of our new pool. From filling and opening the pool to closing it for the first time, Chaim and Autumn have been patient while I have learned the ropes. I believe Chaim and Autumn guided me to the right pool for the size of my yard and the size of my family. If you are serious about owning a pool, I would highly recommend Pool City in Greensburg as a resource. One more thing: I highly recommend letting Pool City use their contractors to perform the excavation and installation. I am a hands-on guy but the level of detail and precision the contractors used to install my pool was beyond my expectations. The extra cost is more than worth it if you want a solid installation to last many years.

We bought our pool and spa last year and couldn't be happier. Chaim Marcus was our sales rep and did a fantastic job. We never felt pressured and always felt like he was up front about the costs and about the maintenance. I've never owned a pool or a hot tub before and he, and the entire staff, always make my family and myself feel welcome. I can always ask any question and never feel like it is a stupid question. I also don't feel like they are there to sell me products I don't need. I would recommend this team for any pool/spa needs.

My wife and I made arrangements last fall to purchase an above ground pool after our last one failed. I contacted 5 different pool outlets to see if they would be able to sell me a deck package with our new pool. No one was able to help us achieve this except Autumn at the Greensburg store. She new exactly what we wanted and was very informative to help us achieve this and have had our pool up and running for several weeks and are very satisfied.

After many months of considering the purchase of a spa and visiting many stores, we finally decided in November 2014 to make the purchase. We choose The Greensburg Pool City location because of the product (Sundance) and the sales associate (Autumn). We visited the store at least three times and on every occasion Autumn was very helpful answering our questions and concerns. The purchase and installation went well, all arrangements were as requested and promised. Never owning a spa before we had questions about maintaining and caring for our new spa and again Autumns assistance and guidance has resulted in a trouble free experience. We enjoy our spa and would recommend Pool City and Autumn to anyone considering a spa.

Just want to say my wife and I purchased a Jacuzzi Spa about 6 months ago. The spa is great, Chaim was a no pressure and very helpful salesman, the spa was delivered as promised and on time. all of the staff at Pool City has been very helpful and informative. Mark 02/20/15

Yesterday 2-16-2015 I was at pool city greensburg pa my husband and I went to look at swimming pools for this upcoming season or sales associate was Chaim it was a fantastic experience he was very informative of the pricing and the competitive features of the products being offered in dept detail on what to expect on the install and the warrantees provided I will be a return customer !!!! Thank you again Chaim you made this decision so easy OH YEA THEY INCLUDED THE INSTALLATION OF MY POOL !!! How about that #super satisfied

I would like to submit a review of my purchase of a weber grill at pool city. The sales associate was very helpful in finding me the right grill for the home I just built. Her name is autumn and she was professional but didn't pressure me into making a decision. I got details from her in my first visit and I made sure to find her when I came in to buy it. Her personality was the reason I came back even though Home Depot was the same price. I am so glad I got to meet her and I have told others to come to your store to make purchases because of her.
