What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Our custom desk is gorgeous and exactly what we ordered. This is our new favorite furniture store :)

We moved to Pittsburgh from out-of-state and pretty much needed our entire home furnished. Our new neighbor recommended the Oak Country Peddler. I have to say that their name is a little misleading because they offer so much more than Country oak furniture and was impressed with their showroom. I was delighted from the start. Their sales staff was very helpful and courteous and when the furniture arrived I was simply amazed at the quality and workmanship. It took the delivery guys a good 2 hours to get everything set up and they too were polite and courteous and made the process very comfortable. I simply love this store and so glad we were referred to them!

We just received our custom entertainment center and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Our salesperson was wonderful and she helped us designing the center so that it would fit in our corner. I was a little skeptical at first because the only thing I gave them to start with was a picture of a entertainment center that I found online. However, after talking with our salesperson she eased our fears and made the entire process very comfortable. I supplied them with some of the dimensions of our room and some of our components and with that they built this beautiful entertainment center. Our build time took about 13 weeks, which was as expected since it was custom piece of furniture and our delivery went smoothly.



I'm not sure about the negative review that a previous poster left but I've dealt with Tara myself and she was wonderful and very helpful answering any of my questions, in fact, anyone we've ever talked to at the store was courteous and helpful. Thank you!! Thank you!!

Very happy with my dining room furniture! Everyone I dealt with was wonderful, even down to the delivery guys. I will be back for my bedroom very soon!

They sell beautiful Amish furniture but beware of the staff’s complete incompetence. Sales associates were perfectly professional but the support staff who actually orders the furniture from the Amish made a mistake on our order. When correcting the error she was very rude and discourteous. When I talked to someone in the store to finally schedule delivery, her name was Tara, she was completely rude, discourteous, interrupting me constantly and speaking over me. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR RATING! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
