the women at the check in area are always so nice. We like the food and the salad is always so fresh. Its a little dark for my taste. Our daughter eye site is not so good. We were a little upset with a waitress comment that she could of kept to herself. other than that we usually enjoy our dinner when we visit.

When we are visiting family in Greensburg, we always go to Longhorn. The food is fabulous and the service is wonderful. I'm writing this review, however, due to our latest visit. While enjoying great food, my father-in-law had an emergency situation arise and the staff at Longhorn was amazing. They were incredibly helpful and caring and I cannot thank them enough for how they handled this situation. Wonderful restaurant!

I love how people complain about waiting. Um, if you don't want to wait 1+ hours on a FRIDAY/SATURDAY night, don't go in. I've been there numerous times on the weekend, and had to wait an hour and a half. I completely understand this because from observations, they only have 50 booths. The hostesses cannot help the long wait, although I'm sure they wish they could! My meal was delicious. 9 OZ sirloin and rice. The steak was so juicy and cooked perfectly. You people just find something wrong with anything. The restaurant is beautiful, and the atmosphere is a lot calmer and classier than Texas Roadhouse. Don't wanna wait? CALL AHEAD! Don't like the food? DON'T GO. Common sense people... use it.

Their steak is very good the price is about $5.00 more per person than Texas Roadhouse. Went 2 x's first time was reimbursed because they forgot to bring soup before meal. Second time steak was way over done, did return the steak to be prepared how it was ordered and it came back fabulous. The service has been poor both times was not given bread the second visit. Overall I like the food but the service needs improvement and with the errors it extends the length of the visit which fortunately we had the time to wait both times.

went there today for lunch and the service was very poor. ordered chilli and asked for a bottle of hot sauce when I ordered. chilli came, no hot sauce, just dropped of half full, semi warm bowl and did not ask if we needed anything else. (like the bottle of hot sauce I asked for when I ordered) there was no onions on top of chilli like the menu said there was suppose to be. did not see waitress for awhile so ate chilli without it. had to go to bar to get my own beer, because the waitress never asked if we needed anything when she went by the table. the male manager and the female manager never stopped at our table to ask how everything was going. though they stopped at several other tables. I figured after being open this long the place would have all this stuff rectified, guess I figured wrong. would not recommend this place to anyone.
