They do not even deserve one star. Called to ask a question about a Vietnamese holiday looking to order flowers or plants and he was very ignorant and uncaring and insulting. Will NEVER use these folks.

I ordered flowers for my sisters funeral at a cost of $85.00. I was quite frankly disappointed. I asked several others at the funeral if the arrangement looked like an $85.00 arrangement. No one thought it should cost that much. They were also supposed to put a ribbon on it that said "SISTER". They did not do that like I asked them to. I was embarrassed about it. I believe they took advantage of me because I was from out of town.

My husband ordered me a surprise bouquet for my 40th birthday. To my surprise, it was small, pathetic and looked nothing like the picture! When I called, the manager was rude and used profanity! I was appalled and told him I would be reviewing this store. He didn't seem to care. Looks like they need a new professional manager because he was the most UNprofessional person I've ever spoken to! Disgusted!
