NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. We were asked to leave when we were there because we were not adopting or volunteers. Their ignorance of cats is astounding, they do not want people to play with the cats....but they give the dogs walks. The director of volunteers had many terrible reviews. Maybe someone should read them. Or interview Chrissy or the woman who called with people who wanted to volenteer and were refused.
Anyhow...it's only the cats that suffer.

I took my kitten to get spayed. They were very knowledgeable about a couple of questions that I had. I wanted to get another procedure done for my kitten but after they told me what it would do and how it was done, I'd never do that to my baby. I'm very pleased with them and referred my daughter m law to them

They make pet ownership possible for people who could not afford treatment for their animals I've never had a problem

For the safety of your animals please don't go here! The vet terrorized my cat, chasing him around the room for 20 minutes. Then misdiagnosed him. Another lafy had her cat die during a routine neuter because the vet said her cat was very healthy and so gave him extra anesthesia. Please spread the word.

Like the other reviewer, I was concerned with getting a call back and what not from the first 2 reviews. I called and had to leave a message, but I got a call back the same day. No problems here.

I read the other two reviews and thought this was going to be a headache trying to find information out about clinic hours. The phone rang four times and a very nice lady answered. I explained that we took in a stray cat and needed to get her shots updated and there is an infection in her eye. She explained everything and added that the wait for the vet may take a little longer since the clinic is busy on Saturday. My daughter-in-law recommended the clinic. Her family and friends love the place.

They must be really under staffed! No returns calls. Their web-site isn't user friendly and when you call no one answers or returns your calls.If they want to be pro-active on getting dogs and cats homes or provide services such as clinics you would think they would be quick on returning your calls!!

Staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! I understand volunteers and staffing probably don't come close to what is needed for a shelter/humane society, but it doesn't excuse the behavior and attitude of the staff towards donors asking a question or trying to report an abuse case. Would go to another local shelter to be treated kindly and with respect.
