Had appointment with Greensburg Aspen Dental---Dentist made treatment plan and completely degraded me about condition of my teeth--not nice at all--seemed like young smart aleck--dont go here unless you have perfect teeth...after waiting forever this dentist acted very disrespectful and basically had a smile on his face (almost laughing) at the condition of my teeth ---Thanks Aspen

My husband had a 5:00pm appt with Greensburg Apsen Dental. He spoke with office at 4:15pm to confirm appt. He arrived at 5:10pm, a bit late due to traffic. When he got there, they told him he was too late to for them to take him.....even after they had called to confirm the appt. They got extremely rude with him and saud he should have called to say he would be late. Well, given he had just spoken with them not an hour before, they knew he was on his way.



John the office manager came out and was even more rude than the front desk person. He was absolutely rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. He proceeded to lecture my husband on how he should have called to say that he was stuck in traffic and there was no way that they could fit him in - even given that he was the last appt of the day it is was only 5:15pm at that point. When I called the next day and spoke to John to cancel an appt that I had for a cleaning and to tell him he was the reason for me cancelling my appt, he could have cared less and was just as rude to me. He was so obnoxious and rude and cannot even believe that he us employed by any company would employ him. His rudeness will catch up with him eventually and he will find himself out of a job.



Dont waste your time at the Greensburgh Aspen Dental. I am sure there are other locations with much better customer service.
