Josh Barnett is always so helpful!! I really appreciate his effort in helping me. He always communicates and gives me solid advice.

I have been getting all of my vehicles, as well as all of my family members vehicles serviced at Terry Labonte Chevrolet for almost twenty years. I've also had vehicles repaired in the body shop, and when I received it back it was like I was taking delivery of it for the first time. The parts department is also very knowledge and friendly if you have a project you want to tackle on your own.

This is another one added to my personal fleet. Everything was done quickly and professionally Justin did my paperwork and Bobby sold me the car. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle go see Bobby he will lead you in the right direction.

Awesome place to buy a car! I was there to pick up someone and decided to walk inside to try to find them. That's when I ran into a sales rep named Rome , who proceeded to start a conversation about the newer trucks and all the new features. I ended up buying one and as part of the walk around the various departments of the dealership ,I was introduced to the service department. I met several employees there, who I later found out were on their 1st week on the job. They seemed like seasoned veterans, which gave me the impression that I will be well taken care of when its time for maintenance.

Wheather it be parts department, service, sales or collision center. Every employee goes out of there way to make your experience a pleasant one.

Clean waiting room. nice staff. Free coffee and snacks while I waited. Offered a loaner vehicle when I added a few things to be done. Highly recommend! Also, this place has a huge inventory of vehicles. it was easy to pass the time walking their huge lot.

Harold helped me with what I wanted and was up front with what I could afford. Mike was very thorough with the paperwork and service agreements. They are the only dealership that will get my business for a long time to come!

After several telephone discussions with a gentleman, my husband and I were assured the vehicle we were interested in was available. We had explained that we lived over an hour and a half away. We rode all the way to the dealership only to be told that the vehicle we had requested information on was actually NOT for sale! It was a returned vehicle that their mechanics had not been able to repair! The original owner had been satisfied with a trade swap. It was on the lot and as of today (two days later) is still on their website offered for sale as a great buy!!! Naturally, the salesman told us they had other trucks on the lot they could show us. We will NEVER buy from this dealership and we cannot in good conscience advise others to deal with a company willing to go to such depths to deceive and lure in customers. Our advice is STAY AWAY from Terry Labonte Chevrolet!

I can't say enough kind words for the way Terry Labonte Chevrolet treats their customers . This was truly one of the best experiments you will ever have when making a purchase on a truckor car. We thank Eric Charaba especially for the great job he has done since he's been with the Dealership. He is always willing to stay a little later in the evening so that you get the service you deserve....once again, we give this team a HIGH FIVE!!!

We just purchased a new 5th wheel from Terry Labonate Chevrolet and RV...we can't say enough kind words for the way we were treated. This was truly one of the best experiments we've ever had when making a purchase on a RV. We thank the staff and our hats are especially off to Keith for the great service he provided for us, they were willing to stay a little later in the evening so that we could get our truck in to be fitted for a hitch....once again, we give this team a HIGH FIVE!!!

Never in my life have i seen an entire staff pull together to help me out like they did at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. Me and my wife were in a difficult situation when our second car broke down by the side of the road late one night. Since our jobs our an hour apart from each other, it would make it impossible to operate on just one vehicle. With finances being very tight already, we began to look for a vehicle. I was not really expecting to be able to afford any vehicle with perhaps the exception of another car that would strand me by the roadside again. Being relatively new to the area, I had no prior dealings with any dealerships. So I picked three dealerships out of the phonebook and gave them each a call and explained my situation. Of the three; one would not deal with me at all, and the second told me about a car that i might be able to afford, and then tried to upsell me when i arrived, to the point that they wouldn't even answer questions about the first car that they told me about. When I called Terry Labonte Chevrolet on Bridford Pkwy and explained the situation, the person that took my call said "No problem, just come on in and we can figure something out". And to my surprise they actually did! I was met in the lot by Jeff who, after hearing my situation, found a vehicle almost immediately that fit both my budget and my needs. Not only did he find me a vehicle right away but also went to bat for me trying several different ways to make the car affordable for me. In fact it seemed the entire staff went to bat for me. Every person that I talked to was able to show me what they had accomplished in making this possible for me. While it did take some time to accomplish the difficult task that I had laid before them, it took no effort from me. Very different from my last experience purchasing a vehicle. I left confident that I had received an excellent deal on a great vehicle (much better than I had ever hoped for). There is no question that when I buy my next vehicle, I will go straight to Jeff and the rest of the amazing staff at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. (Even if he is a Red Sox fan)
